| Sheet | Description |
| Business Process to Objectives | Lists for use in drop down in the main sheets, we recommend you don't add data to these here but update the repository or use Launchpad to add this data |
| Roadmap | Roadmaps within which the plans will exist, these are used by the strategic plan views to group plans. |
| Strategic Plans | The plans with dates, and the roadmap they are associated with, dates are ISO format YYYY-MM-DD. |
| Strat Plan Objectives | The objectives the plans are supporting. |
| Strat Plan Dependencies | Set which plans the plans in the first column is dependent on, e.g. a strategic plan to move applications to cloud may be dependent on another plan to 'cloud ready' applications |
| Programmes | Define programmes within which Projects delivering the plans will exist |
| Projects | Define projects delivering the plans will exist and their parent programmes |
| [ELEMENT] Planning Actions | These sheets allow you to define the element, the plan, the action and the project delivering that action. When you set and action for an element as part of a plan, it is worth considering if there is a counter action, e.g. enhance X when you retire Y |
